The YMCA is once again hosting the Summer Skate Series across the 2009/2010 summer. The Series is supported by the Department of Sport and Recreation as well as local and regional councils across Western Australia.

Place getters of each of the qualifying rounds go on to compete at the Championship Event, on Saturday 13^th February 2010 at YMCA HQ Skate Park. Winners of this competition will be eligible to compete amongst Australia’s best at Skateboarding Australia’s Dew Series in Sydney in 2010.

The YMCA HQ’s Summer Skate Series runs from 28^th of November 2009 to 13^th February 2010. Each skate competition will include four divisions: 15 & under (boys/girls), 18 & under girls, 18 & under boys and Open (including sponsored skaters).

This is a free event, registration starts at 12.00pm at the venue**. All skill levels are encouraged to participate and spectators are welcome.
